1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, using its features (including cart and checkout), or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the website.

3) Services and booking process

Website display: Information on trips (itineraries, inclusions, prices) is provided in good faith and may change due to availability, season, or third‑party conditions.
Order submission: The checkout form submits a booking request. No payment is collected online. We verify availability and email confirmation with secure payment instructions.
Contract formation: Your booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us. Until then, availability and prices may change.
Traveler details: You must provide accurate contact details and any special requirements (dietary, mobility) in advance.

4) Pricing, taxes, and currency

Currency: Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Inclusions: Each trip lists inclusions and optional add‑ons. Local city taxes or resort fees may be payable on site where applicable.
Errors: We may correct obvious errors or omissions and will notify you before confirming your booking.

5) Changes and cancellations by you

Rescheduling windows are noted on product pages (e.g., “Free reschedule 7+ days” or “72+ hours”). Requests outside those windows may incur fees or be treated as cancellations.
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
No‑shows and missed departures are non‑refundable.

6) Changes and cancellations by us

We may adjust itineraries for safety, weather, supplier issues, or force majeure. If a material component cannot be provided, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund as set out in the Refund Policy.

7) Third‑party suppliers

Many services are provided by vetted third‑party suppliers (hotels, guides, transport). Their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers beyond our reasonable control, but we will support resolution in line with our service standards.

8) Traveler responsibilities

Documents: You are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
Fitness and health: Ensure the selected activity matches your fitness level and disclose relevant health conditions.
Timeliness: Arrive at meeting points on time; late arrivals may be treated as no‑shows.
Conduct: Respect guides, local communities, and other travelers. We may refuse service in cases of unsafe or unlawful behavior.

9) Risk and insurance

Travel involves inherent risks. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal property risks. You participate voluntarily and accept these risks to the extent permitted by law.

10) Intellectual property

The website and its content (text, graphics, logos, and layouts) are owned or licensed by Thena Travel and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11) Prohibited use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
No scraping, automated data extraction, or use that violates applicable law or third‑party rights.

12) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability arising from or in connection with a confirmed booking is limited to the amount paid for the affected services, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13) Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or governmental actions.

14) Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic shall have non‑exclusive jurisdiction. You may also use available out‑of‑court dispute resolution where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
